coverUPS® can be provided in one of three standard colors (white, beige, or chrome). A color of your choosing along with individualized logos can be provided upon request at a nominal additional cost.
10. Are coverUPS® provided with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty covering unit replacement associated with material defects.
11. What is the life expectancy of coverUPS®?
coverUPS® life expectancy is in excess of 20 years under normal service conditions.
12. What do coverUPS® cost?
Typically it takes less than $100.00USD to protect a hotel room with. Shipping and handling are included in this cost. The unit cost may be reduced based on the quantity of your order.
13. Is there a minimum coverUPS® order quantity?
coverUPS® are packaged in boxes of 25 units and are most efficiently shipped in boxes of 100 units.
14. How long will it take to receive our coverUPS® from the placement of our order?
Depending on the quantity of your order, shipments sent directly to you from our manufacturing facility will take 90 days from date of order. The shipment date to your facility will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
15. How do we pay for our coverUPS® order?
coverUPS® are paid for in full at the time of order placement. Our secure PayPal based website order page will accept electronic payments, major credit cards or Paypal accounts.
